Accommodations and Lodging

The Lodge at Eagle Rock is an impressively renovated, 8,000 square-foot historic inn, sits on the site of the Lewis and Clark Trail. It combines a magnificent setting, rustic elegance, and modern amenities.  Everywhere you look, you’ll see warmth and comfort. From the 100-year-old barn-wood floors to the hammered copper backsplash behind bar and river-rock fireplace in the great room and lounge, they’ve used local, antique, and natural materials to provide a sense of history and harmony. The full bar is a great place to relax after a long day fishing. Have a snack, swap fishing stories, watch a game on one of the big-screen TVs, or enjoy a game of darts, pool, or shuffleboard. After dinner, you can also relax in front of the river-rock fireplace and set up a game of chess, checkers, or cards.

The Lodge will comfortably accommodate 16 guests in 8 beautiful guest rooms. Each room has two full beds, private travertine-tiled bathrooms, flat-screen televisions, and wireless Internet connections. The suite features a jetted tub and walk-in, rain-head shower. The private, travertine tiled bathrooms make your stay that much nicer.  Many times it is the little luxuries that make the biggest difference.

If you’re passionate about tying flies, please feel free to enjoy some time at our complimentary tying bench. It’s well stocked and ready for the seasoned tier, or the novice who wants to learn the ropes. The Lodge also has a small business center with a computer, satellite Internet, printers, scanners, and a fax.

Dining

Dining is an uplifting experience at the Lodge at Eagle Rock. When your day is through and you are resting your arm from fighting our wild trout, relax with a 4-course gourmet meal prepared fresh by our in-house chef. Enjoy a wonderful glass of wine and relax by our river rock fireplace as you contemplate what the next day has in store.

Geoffrey Langell, Executive Chef, graduated with honors from Sullivan University’s culinary arts program and worked as a sous chef for the critically acclaimed Jack Fry’s Restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky. He then spent 7 years island hopping and cooking on the high seas as an executive chef on a private yacht. After falling in love with a Montana native and fly fishing (in that order he assures us!), Geoff started a private catering business, appropriately named The River Chef. We are thrilled to have Geoff as part of our team and know you will enjoy his culinary wizardry.

In the mornings enjoy a hot breakfast buffet with different hot specials. Enjoy packed streamside lunch with delicious, imaginative sandwiches, fresh fruit, lodge-baked pastries, snacks, salads, and beverages

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance, before departure.
